Such claims include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

1.  Copyright infringements should the submitted content be copyright protected by a third party.

2.  Improper, biased, or inaccurate representation or claims made or implied in the submitted material.

3.  Third party liability claims for any damages, including but not limited to, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the iBlog Business website by reason of the information submitted by you and contained therein.

All submissions are completely voluntary and are on an "unpaid" basis. Any content submitted to iBlog Business, may or will be made available to users on our Website, network of partnering sites, or syndicated to news aggregators, or distributed by any other means of online distribution. In addition, we reserve the right to monetize any/all items submitted to us. It is our sole right to reject or edit submitted items for publication. Additionally, all news copy, photographs, video and audio files submitted to us will be considered the property of iBlog Business.
